💳 CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

COD service is available for selected products and locations only.

📦 PACKAGING & SAFETY

All products are securely packed to minimize transit damage.

are packed using additional protective materials wherever required.

📍 ORDER TRACKING

Tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp, SMS, or Email once the order is dispatched.

⚠️ DELIVERY DELAYS

Hi-Tech Enterprises shall not be held responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier partner delays
  • Natural disasters
  • Transport strikes
  • Government restrictions
  • Incorrect shipping address or contact details provided by the customer

📦 DAMAGED / OPEN PACKAGE POLICY

Customers are requested to:

  • ✅ Check the package condition before accepting delivery.
  • ✅ Record an unboxing video for high-value products.

If the package appears damaged or tampered:

  • Please refuse delivery OR
  • Report immediately within 24 hours with photos/videos.

Claims reported after 24 hours may not be accepted.

🔄 PARTIAL SHIPMENTS

In some cases, orders may be shipped separately based on stock availability. Customers will be informed accordingly.

❌ FAILED DELIVERY / REFUSED ORDERS

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Customer unavailable
  • Order refusal

Re-shipping charges may apply. Advance payment may become non-refundable.
